Declaration to dealers

1. Applicant must supply all information which is required in this application form. If Shanghai T&U Forklifts Company Limited made a wrong decision because of incomplete information, no matter which is resulted in by any reasons, applicant must burden the responsibility.

2. Applicant must declare that all supplied information is true. Wrong application information, no matter which is resulted in by any reasons, will be the evidence that Shanghai T&U Forklifts Company Limited makes the following decisions: (1) never consider the application again, or (2) immediately unilaterally stop the agreement between Shanghai T&U Forklifts Company Limited and applicant.

3. Applicant agrees that all of duty and expenditure must be burdened by themselves!

4. Applicant hereon agrees Shanghai T&U Forklifts Company Limited has the right to investigate supplied information, and cannot think the investigation infringes upon applicant’s privacy right.

5. Applicant agrees that all of supplied original or copy documents and photos etc. hereafter can belong to the asset of Shanghai T&U Forklifts Company Limited, and can be saved by Shanghai T&U Forklifts Company Limited as record. The conditions to be our Authorized Exclusive Dealer:
(1) Applicant should have professional after service ability and technical equipments to make sure the reputation of Shanghai T&U Forklifts Co., Ltd and the products of Shanghai T&U Forklifts Co., Ltd;
(2) According to the training plan of Shanghai T&U Forklifts Co., Ltd, Party B should dispatch sales manager and service manager (two people in total) to Shanghai T&U Forklifts Co., Ltd for training on schedule; Party B should pay for traffic expense, and Shanghai T&U Forklifts Co., Ltd will be responsible for board expense.
(3) Shanghai T&U Forklifts Co., Ltd will organize the campaign of dealers’ comparison annually. In accordance with the finished sales ratio and the total sales quantity, Shanghai T&U Forklifts Co., Ltd will award some dealers Group Board Chairman Cup, Group President Cup,Group Marketing Director Cup). Authorized Dealer should participate in the campaign on time after received written invitation from Shanghai T&U Forklifts Co., Ltd.
(4) Party B should unify the sign and the type of decoration according to the requirement of Shanghai T&U Forklifts Co., Ltd, and the sales and after service people in Party B should wear uniforms of T&U; the uniforms will be free for those sales and after service people who already have served 1 year in Party B (Shanghai T&U Forklifts Co., Ltd will return the uniforms’ payment to Party B in fixed time every year according to the regulation).
